More About Me
A 30-year real estate veteran, Stewart Liebman possesses uncommon experience, providing him with vast market and industry know-how. Aside from functioning as a realtor, Stewart has managed and owned property in Hoboken and Jersey City.
This combination of broad and in-depth expertise enables Stewart to provide highly informed guidance to his clients. “In 3 decades of doing what I do, I’ve seen just about every kind of situation and transaction. I’m confident that my background has equipped me to effectively deal with every possibility.”
Prior to his career in real estate, Stewart worked for 12 years in the highly competitive garment industry. He was involved in sales, marketing, and production and acknowledges that experience as a meaningful contributor to his success in real estate. “I developed my work ethic in that tough environment; I continue to have the highest respect for hard work.”
Having lived in Hoboken for 17 years, Stewart knows the market well: the buildings, the government, the regulations, and the right people to go to for home services such as painters, plumbers, and electricians. He can price, market, and sell your property or help a buyer to find the perfect new home or investment.
